Using imagination and intention to craft meaningful virtual environments that invite wonder and curiosity.
Nimzy designs immersive, story-driven 3D environments for virtual reality that feel alive, intuitive, and emotionally resonant.
In other words, she creates magic!
She creates spaces that begin wordlessly telling their story the moment you step inside. This is done by paying careful attention to crafting light, sound, and visual rhythm to support the mood, theme, and narrative flow of a space.
Nimzy believes a space should never exist simply to be occupied, it should be felt-- no matter what it is used for. The most memorable environments weave story, symbolism, and emotional arcs directly into their spatial design.
Whether building a story-driven world or a functional education space, there is meaning and intention in all of Nimzy's designs.
Using node-based coding, Nimzy creates fun, dynamic spaces to be in. The resulting interactive elements, moderation tools, and multiplayer logic invite exploration, play, and safe participation in many of the worlds she crafts.
Note: Her coded, interactive spaces are currently limited to VRChat builds only.
Due to the nature of building environments for successful social VR events, Nimzy has excelled at diagnosing and repairing performance issues to meet strict platform constraints without sacrificing atmosphere.
This means that her worlds aren't just pretty, they run smoothly as well!
The foundation of Nimzy's career in 3D design was built from creating education-centered, VR event spaces. She has learned the ins and outs of translating complex ideas into experiential learning environments that are accessible, engaging, and human-centered.
Because of this, she is great at designing spaces that prioritize learning while still inspiring awe.
Having built a VR community herself, Nimzy understands designing and producing VR environments optimized for community-building, whether that's through hosting casual get-togethers, talks, conferences, performances, or something else entirely.
Her human-centered environments create a sense of safety and welcome, inviting interaction and fostering genuine connection.
