Long before building virtual worlds, Nimzy was focused on helping people care for themselves in holistic, meaningful ways. Education, connection, and community were always at the heart of her work. When virtual reality entered her life, at first she wasn't interested in 'just another game.'
But then, when her husband finally convinced her to try it, she immediately fell in love. (Almost falling over while trying to put her weight on an imaginary table is what did it!)
Within days of her initial leap into VR, she came across a social VR platform that felt more like a doorway to connection than a game. She had found a new medium where learning could be immersive, where people could gather across distances, and where ideas could be experienced rather than explained.
What started as hosting small virtual wellness events gradually grew into something bigger. Nimzy began designing custom VR spaces that supported self-development, education, and human connection. Along the way, she taught herself world building, learned how to produce live virtual events, and joined collaborative educator teams—eventually stepping into leadership roles she never imagined herself taking.
Her path hasn’t been linear. Platform closures, technical growing pains, and moments of deep uncertainty forced her to adapt quickly and rebuild more than once. But each setback became a catalyst. As she jumped these hurdles, her 3D skills sharpened, her new environments grew more intentional, and her confidence as a creator solidified.
Today, Nimzy works at the intersection of 3D art, immersive storytelling, and human-centered design. Her worlds are built with intention—designed not just to be visually striking, but to support emotion, interaction, and meaningful experiences.
